A Living Legacy in Stone and Spirit
The Jane Goodall Museum at Cultural Heritage celebrates Dr. Goodall’s groundbreaking research and lifelong commitment to conservation and humanity.
Inside, visitors will explore her journey from Gombe to the global stage, learn about the communities she has uplifted, and discover how one woman transformed our understanding of the natural world.
This museum is not just a tribute — it’s a call to action.
Who Is Dr. Jane Goodall?
Dr. Jane Goodall arrived in Gombe, Tanzania in 1960 with nothing but a notebook, binoculars, and a passion for animals. Her research on chimpanzees reshaped science. But her life’s work has gone beyond that. She is now a global force for conservation, youth empowerment, and peace. Through the Jane Goodall Institute and Roots & Shoots, her mission continues:
“Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference.”
